Tyrone Mings has re-taken the midfielder’s place in the squad, having previously dropped out for him earlier in this league phase campaign.

Emi Martinez, however, shall miss Villa’s match on Thursday after Emery confirmed that he hadn’t travelled with the squad and will not feature.

Villa face Fenerbahce in search of their sixth league phase victory this season, having beaten Bologna, Feyenoord, Maccabi Tel Aviv, Young Boys and Basel, but lost to Go Ahead Eagles.
